A little tabby kitten born with birth defects was brought to the Cats Protection’s Bridgend Adoption Centre in South Wales in the hope that he could have a better life.
“Arlo is an absolute sweetheart, and he’s charmed all the staff here,” said Sue Dobbs, Manager of the center.
“He may look a bit different from other cats, but he’s got a lot of love to give, and is full of fun and mischief.”
The cause of his defects was hydrocephalus, which is a build-up of fluid in the brain.
This had caused his head to be misshaped but after a thorough examination, Arlo was declared healthy.
Everyone at the center hoped they would be able to find him a good family. “Arlo is such a lovely cat and deserves a happy and loving home.”
